Business Owner Set up your Kyobee App

Download/install KYOBEE app from Apple App store or Google play. Our app is currently only supported on iPads and tablets. 

Once you have installed the app, you can launch it by clicking the icon and the start up screen should show up

We recommend that business owners have at least two tablets, one for the guest check-in and one for admin management. After you log in, you can select the store you want to log into:


After selecting a store, you can select the current tablet app mode. 

• Guest: allow your guests to check in and add themselves to the waitlist.
• Admin: allow business owner to set up the waiting time, seat your guests, send reminder text message, etc.
