- User can add guest through the admin interface by the Add Guest icon on the home page.
- User can add reservation by selection reservation radio button.

- Calendar will be open when user clicks on the calendar icon. User can select the date and time slot to reserve a seat for the guest.
The available slots will show according to the business hours in My Account, including any 'off days' and any 'Off reservation days' from Waitlist settings.

- To add a guest, enter the guest information including name, party size, mobile number, opt-ins, organization reference (where did you heard about us?), notes and click on Add Guest.
Name, No. of Guests or People, Phone Number are required fields.
1.No. of Guests / People
- User can add adult and children while adding new guest.
- Maximum adult and children value is 100.
Please note that depending on the Waitlist settings, user can select if they want to bifurcate party size by adults and children OR just by number of people
Note: This feature is only available for the following organizations:

2.Select country code & Enter contact number
- User can select the country code

3. Email
- User can enter the guest's email address in this field.
- After adding the guest, the guest will be queued and shall be viewed on the dashboard screen.
Note: Email notifications can be sent for Reservations only
4. Service and Staff (only for service based organizations)

Based on the Services and Staff members you've added, the list will show them here:
Note: Currently, all active staff members are displayed in this list. Staff availability is not yet limited by the schedule you set, so every active staff member will appear as available in the Reservation Link and when adding a guest through the Add Guest form.
One reservation can also be assigned multiple services and staff members.
Also note: Currently, a staff member’s availability is not affected by the number of appointments assigned. We are actively working on adding this functionality.

You can add Staff members under the 'Staff' section located under My Account.

5. Notification Type (For Reservations Only)
You can also select the notification type for Reservations:
The guest will be notified for the following:
1. When added
2. When you update their reservation
3. When their reservation request is accepted or denied (if you have turned on those settings under 'Reservation Settings')
