General Settings
- User can add/change the settings of the organization by selecting the Settings option on the home page.
For the following organizations:

For service based organizations that includes:

3. Professional Services
4. Charities, Education, Membership

The Settings tab will look like this:

- User can select the Marketing Preference for their organization.
- Selected Marketing Preference options can be picked by users when being added to the Reservation through the Reservation Link.
- User will be able to see the marketing option(s) selected by guests on the Dashboard of the Waitlist system that will allow user to keep track of marketing tools that have been helping and not helping people learn about their organization.

Adult & Children (Only for the 3 organizations listed above)
- User can select if they would like to see children count separately or not in their bookings.

Language
- The SMS/App Interface Language option will allow user to pick your preferred interface and text language.
- The Your Language drop down shows the current interface language for user's organization. It is defaulted to English.
- User can select the language for the texts using the SMS Template drop down. The templates for Check-In, Reminder, and Custom texts are already provided to the use
- User can set open/close time slot for their business.
Off Days
- User can set particular days they are closed using the Off Days section.
- User can select the date from the calendar in the Off Days section to select the day the organization will be closed and then set the message they would like to display to guests when they attempt to book on that particular day.

Walk- In Settings:
- Each guest is assigned a guest rank once they are added to the Walk-In.
- Select the guest rank using the Reminder threshold that will send the notification to the guest of their up gradation in case any guest(s) do not show up.
So for example, if you select the threshold as '2', then the guests will be notified about their turn in the waitlist when there are only 2 guests are ahead of that guest.
- User can change the text format and update it to their liking.
- User can simply update the Check-in, Reminder, Custom, and Request text to their liking.

Reservation
- User can set reservation on/off on for a particular day.
- By setting a date and time in the left panel and then selecting one in the right will allow the user to have a date range. User can then select On or Off depending on if they want to keep reservations open or closed for that date range respectively.

- Reservation Guarantee

- By default, all appointment requests coming in through the reservation link will be automatically approved.
- If you change to 'Business must accept or decline all appointment requests', all incoming reservation requests will be shown on the dashboard and a bell will ring:
You can click on it and view the reservation request details. Then you can make the decision:
If you decide to decline a request, you must enter the reason for declining which will be shared with the user.
You can also view the incoming reservation requests by clicking on the bell icon on the top right on the web view on the Dashboard:
- Daily Reservation Limit = You can set a daily limit on the number of reservations per day. Once the limit is reached, only the admin will be able to add more guests if they wish to. The reservation link will no longer allow users to make more reservations once the limit has been reached.
- Advance booking days = User can set advance booking days. If they select 30 days, then guests will be able to book 30 days in advance.
- Reminder = User can set reminder for guests. If they select 1 day, a text will be sent on guest's registered phone number a day before the reservation as a reminder.
- Reservation form = Reservation form public link is a URL that can be used by the user to provide to guests where guests can book a reservation themselves.
