Any requests that the guest inputs using the link that gets sent to them comes through to the :
Alert dashboard, on the 'My Tables' section of the Staff app, and on the POS Dashboard

  • A bell icon will also show on the tables that have sent in the table requests:

  • User can click on that table and it will open up the requests section


  • User can click the checkmark once the request is fulfilled or the cross in case the request is cancelled.


  • User can simply swipe right to mark the request complete or swipe left to cancel it.


  • It will also show a timer as to how long it has been since the request has been put in by a guest.
