Overview


Missed You Bot - is made to interact with your customers that added themselves to your waitlist / reservation but ended up either cancelling / not showing up.


Depending on how you setup the bot in our settings, we will reach out to that customer to ask them to interact with the Missed You Bot to provide a reason as to why they did not show up. 

Depending on how you setup the rewards for the type of the response given by the customer, they will be rewarded leading to increased sales and retention rates as it will give customers a treat to come back to your business.



Setup Screen


  • Click / Tap on "Chatbot" Tab in the header



  • Click / Tap on "Missed You Bot" in left menu



  • User can click/ Tap on "Setup" button 


Integration Screen
  • User can move on to the first step of setup - " Integration " 



  • User can select the system they are using: “Open Table” “Clover” “Square” “Kyobee” Except for Kyobee, if the user picks any of the other fields, they can then enter their API key and click the "Next" button to be redirected to the Enable bot screen.




 

Enable Bot Screen


  • User can move on to the Second step of setup - " Enable Bot "

 



  • User can enable the bot by clicking on the "Toggle Switch" and then clicking the " Next " button should take user to the Response and Rewards screen and 
    clicking the " Back " button should redirect to the Integration screen.




Response and Rewards Screen


  • User can move on to the Third step of setup - " Response and Rewards ",
  • User can see the three dropdowns 1) Rewards Type 2) Response Type 3) Validity
  • After all dropdown data has been selected, user can click on " Next " button, it will redirect to the Follow-up text screen and "Back" button will redirect to the Enable Bot Screen.



  • User can click on any of the "Response Type" dropdown option; the user will see the following options: 1."Wait was too long at the Restaurant" 2."Decided to go elsewhere" 3."Menu was not exciting enough" 4."Running late to the reservation" 



  • When the user clicks on any of the "Reward Type" Dropdowns option; the user will see the following options: 1."Free Desert" 2."Free Entree" 3." Flat % Discount" 4."Free Delivery on next order" 5."None" 6."Custom" 

    Selecting a reward for a particular response means that the customer who selects that response while interacting with the Missed You Bot will get that reward.



  • User can click on any of the " Validity" Dropdowns option to select how long the rewards should be valid for; the user will see the following options: 1."1 Days" 2."2 Days" 3."7 Days" 4."15 Days" 5."1 Month" 6."2 Months" 7."Custom" and so on - a calendar should open for this option letting user pick a date




Follow-up Text Screen 


 




  • User can see the Bot language, Engagement Follow-up text (In-days) & Re-engagement Follow-up text (In-days).
  • Engagement Follow Up text implies that after how many days should the user be sent a text message with the Missed You Bot link. 
  • Re-engagement Follow Up text implies that after how many days would you like to send a follow up text message in case the customer does not interact with the Missed You Bot when the engagement follow up text is sent.
  • Click on setup button, all settings will be saved, a success message will show on screen and user will be redirected to the Dashboard Tab 
  • Click on Back button, user will be redirected to the Response and Rewards screen






Click / Tap on "Bot language" dropdown and user can select any language from the "Bot language" dropdown to select the language for the text message.



  • User can check/uncheck the different Engagements days for sending the " Follow-up" text 
  • Clicking on a particular day and seeing the red button activates that day. For example, if 5 is selected in the engagement follow up text, this means that the customer will be sent a text message with the Missed You Bot link 5 days post that customer cancelled / did not show up to their waitlist / reservation. 


User should be able to edit the any of Engagement  " Follow-up text" 


    




  • User should be able to check/uncheck the different Re-Engagements days for sending the " Follow-up" text
  • Clicking on a particular day and seeing the red button activates that day. For example, if 5 is selected in the re-engagement follow up text, this means that the customer will be sent a follow up text message with the Missed You Bot link 5 days post when they were sent an initial engagement follow-up text (please note - this will only be sent if the customer did not interact with the bot when they were sent an initial text message)



  • User should be able to edit the any of Re-Engagement " Follow-up text" 




  • User Click on setup button show the Success message
