• User can click on "Chats" tab, and they shown the chat screen



  • Click / tap on the "Filter" icon. A pop-up box opens, and the user can see the two options: 1."Status" Dropdown 2."Date" dropdown


Please note: We don't reward using FAQ Bot as it is showing all the chats that happen using the FAQ Bot that is placed on the Kyobee website.



  • User can click on the "Date" dropdown to select a date range






 

  • User can search by a name


  • User can update status (but note that we don't reward in FAQ Bot, it is just the same UI as other chats). 


  • User can click on the "Username" dropdown, and the user can see the following options: 1. "Mute toggle button" 2.  "Past Visits" 3.  "Engagements"



  • User can see the added tags to the guest


 


  • Before the warning pop-up message appears, the user can click on the sending icon, and the user with the admin privileges can start a chat with the user. 


  • When the user clicks on the "I Understand" button in the warning pop-up box, the user can start the conversation.




  • User can type the page number in the go-to-page search bar and jumped to particular page

 


  • User can use pagination to change the pages of chat
