Subscription Plans Overview
1. There are currently 3 plans: Bronze, Silver and Gold that can either be purchased for a monthly or annual subscription term.
Prices and modules included per plan may vary and can be confirmed on kyobee.com/pricing
Changing Subscription Plans and Terms
1. Once user picks a plan, they can switch the plan type but cannot switch the term while the plan is active.
For ex: While on a monthly silver plan, a user can switch to a gold monthly plan but can ONLY switch to a gold annual plan once the current plan ends.
2. Changing from Gold Plan to Silver Plan
How to Switch?
Under My Account, user can go to "Plans & Payment"
It will display if the user has an Active plan. In the screenshot below, we can see that the user has the Gold Annual Plan active.
Click on Modify Subscription
User can click "Buy Now" on the Silver Plan and follow the screens to purchase the plan.
Once purchased, the plan will show up in "que" on the My Account page which means that once the current Gold Plan ends, Silver Plan will start.
3. Changing from Silver Plan to Gold Plan
How to Switch?
Under My Account, user can go to "Plans & Payment"
It will display if the user has an Active plan. In the screenshot below, we can see that the user has the Silver Plan active.
Click on Modify Subscription
User can click "Buy Now" on the Gold Plan and follow the screens to purchase the plan.
Once purchased, the plan will show start right away since user is switching to a higher plan.
User will be refunded for the days remaining on the current Silver Plan and be charged for the Gold Plan.
For example, if a user had 300 days remaining for the Silver annual plan and now they switched to Gold annual plan, they should receive a refund based on remaining 300 days and get charged for the Gold Annual plan.
Emails will be sent with invoices including email for the refund and for the new plan.
Invoices will also show in the "Invoices" tab in My Account
