• User should see the image below on the webpage.

  • Registered users can sign in with their credentials.


  • New users can use the sign-up button to register themselves.
     
  • Clicking the Sign up button will redirect user to the Register Your Business page.



  • If user's business is not registered or cannot be located by search, user can click on Not Finding? button.

  • When user clicks on the Not Finding link, the Add Business page will be show. 

1. Add Business 


  • User can enter the business details in this form.
  • Once user saves the form, it will redirect the user to the Create business Login screen.

  2. Create Business Login


  • User can enter their personal detail and click on the Create My Account button.




  • User will receive activation code on registered email from info@kyobee.com
  • If your business is already registered, it will pop-up when you search for it.


  • When you click on Create My Account, enter the activation code. A pop-up will open where you can enter the code you received.


  • You can resend the code in case you do not receive it on the first attempt.

  • Entering the valid activation code and clicking on the submit button will redirect the user to the plan & payment page.



 3. Select Plan and Finalize 


  • Select the plan monthly / annually as per choice.



  • Once the user picks the preferred plan, it will redirect user to the add-on page



    4. Add-on 
  • Here, user can add the latest Kyobee Chip-In Module to their selected pack. 
    For India - customers can also purchase the 'Social Media Handling' add-on pack where we will handle their organization's social media posting. 

  • For the Chip-in consumer app, the user can either select food, plant, or even both options depending on what they would like us to donate on their behalf.
  • Selecting both will be 2 separate plans.
  • Also, the user has the choice to skip the add-ons.
  • User can click on the next button and move to the payment page.




    5. All Set 

  • User can add the necessary details in card details field 
  • The user can verify the plan summary, where they can see the selected plan details and even remove an add-on if they change their mind
  • User also has the ability to enter a valid promo code to get a discount if applicable.
  • The user can then click the pay now button that will take user to the thank you page.
  • Checking 'save card info and auto renew plan' will ensure uninterrupted services as the card on file will be automatically charged.



  • Once payment is processed, it will redirect user to the Thank you page to confirm the payment.



  • When user clicks on Continue button, it will log in to their account.
