The reservation form URL link is placed in the Reservation settings section of the Waitlist Settings.

The user/admin can place this on their website or anywhere where they would like guests to use and make reservations. The link will show this view:

Guest can enter their details here to add themselves to the reservation list. The availability will be based on your business hours.
