Once an admin sets up their FAQ Bot and places it on their website, it will start showing as a icon (similar to the one below):
Clicking on it will ask the guest to enter their name to start a conversation which will be recorded and visible to the admin
For accounts that have 'restaurant' as their organization type, the following options will be shown in their FAQ Bot:
For all other types of organization types, the Explore Menu option will NOT be shown
1. Explore Menu
This option will show all the menus created by the admin under the 'Menu Management' module.
Clicking a menu will show the categories inside them and using that, the user can go further in to look at a particular food item and read all details about it including its name, ingredients, food tags, price, and photo
2. Make a reservation
Clicking this will show a link using which guests can make a reservation (this is the same reservation URL link that is included in the Waitlist Settings)
3. Edit a reservation
This will ask user to input their phone number used during the reservation and will show reservations under that phone number.
User can then click the reservation they want to modify
This will send a code to the phone number that the user must input before making any modifications. User can resend the code if needed.
Multiple options will start showing allowing user to make changes to the selected reservation:
4. Cancel a reservation
This will require user to input their phone number associated with the reservation.
Any upcoming reservations will show after inputting the phone number.
User can then click the one they want to cancel and that will send a code to their phone number. User can also resend the code if needed.
Once the user enters the code, the reservation will be cancelled and a cancelling text will be sent to the user.
