Using the dashboard, you can add a guest to the Walk-in and/or the Reservation list.
This dashboard can be accessed either on the desktop OR using the Kyobee App.
Under 'Waitlist', simply hit the 'Add Guest' button
You will then be presented a form to add a guest where you can start by filling out the Personal Details section first.
You can then assign the services along with staff member(s) that the guest wants for their booking.
Please note - You may assign multiple services and staff members to a given booking.
You can then select 'Walk-in' or 'Reservation' as per the booking type.
You can also add the Total no. of guests (in case a family wants to book under one name) and even add any specific booking notes in the 'Note' section.
Once all done, you can click 'Add Guest' that will also notify the guest with their booking.
The guest will also receive a link in the text message using which they can modify or cancel their booking.
Once the guest has been added, they will start to show on your 'Waitlist' Dashboard depending on your selected date range at the time.
