Once the guest has been added and is ready to be served, you can simply click the icon located under 'Actions' on the Dashboard:


Here, you will see 3 options.

1. Not Present - If guest is not there for their booking, you can mark them as 'Not Present'. It will show a thumbs down along with a count under the guest's name. The count will update based on how many times you mark the guest as 'Not Present'.

2. Incomplete - In case the entire party is not available for the booking, you can also mark them as 'Incomplete' which will highlight their name.

3. Yes - If the guest is ready to be served and is present at your business, you can mark them 'Yes'. This will turn the Red action icon into Green to help distinguish from guests being served vs. the ones that are yet to be served.
