Once the guest is ready to be charged for the services, you can simply click on their name.
This will open up a pop up. You can then click on 'Check Out'
You can then do a lot of modifications here.
1. You can increase / decrease the quantity of the services you wish the charge the guest.
That can be done using the + and - sign located under 'Times' for each service name.
2. You can also 'Add Service' that was not part of the initial booking
3. You can then select any default Tip percentage or even add a custom Tip amount if applicable.
4. You can then select the mode of payment.
Please note - UPI is only applicable for India
For Cash Transactions:
In this, you can Round Off the transaction to a whole number if needed.
For example, if the Total is $90.65 and if you just wish to charge the guest $90, you can simply enter 90 in 'Round Off' which will update the Grand Total to $90.
For Cash Received, you can enter the amount given in cash by the guest and the system will show you the exact change you need to give back to the guest.
For example, if you enter $100 in 'Add Cash Received', it will show you $10 change if the Grand Total is $90.
For Card Transactions:
For United States - You will be directed to Data Cap for charging the guest
For India - You will be directed to Razorpay to charge the guest
Don't worry - We will help you onboard with the payment merchant upon your plan purchase and sign up.
For Special Off:
Only the admin can use this option to provide a Special off which means discounting the entire transaction.
5. You can also click 'Print Order' in case you wish to provide a receipt before charging the guest:

6. Adding Extra / Other Charges
You may also add extra or other charges by clicking on 'Other Charges'
Simply turn on the toggle and add the desired amount you wish to charge the guest and click Apply:
It will showcase in the checkout flow as well as on the receipt.
Once the guest has been checked out, the guest will start to show in the History tab located on the dashboard:
You can filter the History tab by date and view each guest's detail here.
In order to access Transactions, you can also use the 'Transactions' tab
Clicking a particular name will show you the receipt of the guest.
Other details such as Payment mode, status of the transaction, check in time etc. can be tracked using this tab.
You may even search for a particular guest or filter by date range to look for specific transactions
