Your guests can do a self check-in and add themselves to the Walk-in list using the Guest Mode on the Kyobee App.
Upon Signing in, select 'Guest Mode' on the App
Once on Guest Mode, you can place the Tablet at your business for guests to do a Walk-In.
The following screen will be presented to your guests:
'Now Serving' will show them the party being served at the moment along with the Estimated Wait Time giving them an idea about the wait time.
Clicking 'Press here to check-in' will allow guests to complete the form to get themselves added to the Walk-in list.
Guests can add their name, phone number and will then be asked to select service(s) and Staff member(s).
Multiple services and staff members can be assigned by the guest:
Please Note:
Guests can assign any staff member during booking, even if they are not assigned to the selected service or marked as available at the chosen time.
For example, Staff X can be assigned to Service A, even if they are not assigned to it in settings.
Similarly, Staff X can be booked for a Monday, even if they are not on the schedule for that day.
As part of our next phase enhancement work, we are currently working on improving the system to ensure bookings align with staff availability, schedules, and assigned services.

Guest can then select the party size for the booking and add any additional notes before showing them a confirmation.
Guest can also enter how they heard about your business so that you can keep track of what is working for you in terms of marketing.
After this, the guest will start showing on your Waitlist Dashboard under the Walk-in column!
