Once a guest is added to either the Walk-in or Reservation flow, they are sent a text message notifying them.

For Walk-in guests, they are able to access a live waitlist link shared in the text message when they are added.

This allows them to see how many guests are ahead of them. Using this link, they can also delete themselves from the walk-in list if they wish to.

For reservation guests, they get a link to track their reservation. Using this link, they can modify their reservation if needed.

Reservation guests are also sent a FAQ Bot link (read more about this under 'Salon Chatbots' - FAQ Bot) using which they can make new reservations, edit their existing reservations, or even read about your business (based on the info. provided by you in My Account).

2. Incomplete Not everyone in the party are present yet.

                      3. Yes :  Everything is ready to go and seat your guests. The guest                                                                       will disappear from the list and move to the history

3. Custom Message

  • If user wants to send any custom message to the guest.

  • Party wait time
  • User can set the party wait time. For example : if user selects 5 min then it will add 5 mins per guest to the walk-in wait time.

For ex. If you set 5 mins and there are 5 guests ahead of a guest, it will show 25 min approx. wait time to the 6th guest in line. This time is shown in the live waitlist link that gets sent to the guest who gets added to the Waitlist.
